Water & Sewer
The town of Montrose has a water system which consists of 2 turbine shallow wells and an above ground storage tank. The system is in good condition. The town’s sewer system is approximately 32 years old and is an extended aeration system. The community has no storm sewer system.
Library
The Montrose Memorial Library was built in 1978. The facility has 10,024 volumes and 1,381 users. The library offers videos, audiotapes, a computer, story hour and magazines.
